“I’ve been with Kitchen Abz for about 3 and a half months. To date I have lost over 47 pounds! I am a 50 year old woman 2 years into menopause & I was hopeless & stuck until I discovered Kitchen Abz. Not only have I lost weight but I feel a thousand times better! It has been life changing for me. The food is delicious. I have yet to come across something that I don’t like. I’ve always struggled with dieting & meal prep. This is an absolute game changer. It is budget friendly & I feel like I save money because I’m not making impulse purchases because I barely have to go to the grocery store! I save time, money & no food waste. I pick my food up on Sunday & it takes me a total of 15 minutes to drive there, get my food & back home. And the customer service is top notch! Tom goes way above & beyond to help his customers. He spent an hour with me at his gym just to help me learn which exercises I should be doing. He did not charge for his time & there was zero pressure to join the gym. I wish I could give 10 stars! “If you are looking for true authentic Italian food this is the place for you! Stopped in after a long day of shopping and had to wait a little but boy was it worth it! I had the Baked Rigatoni and it was absolutely one of the best dishes I have ever had. I have reviewed and ate many dishes but this was one of the best. The sauce was fresh and had deep flavors, the Ricotta was house made and had great cheesiness. The whole dish was incredible everything we had was fresh and flavorful. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a Authentic Italian food.”

“He is the best! He has been life-changing and I am speaking from both long-term experience, as well as recent. My former physician was an OSU Medical School graduate and it was once a dream of mine to be as well. I think very highly of D.O.'s because they allow the patient to be involved with their healthcare. After losing my physician to his untimely death, I knew obtaining one particular medication would be troublesome. However, I never expected it to become a 7 month challenge! As I laid writhing in pain, my spouse reached out to Dr. Hayes. I had become unbearable to be around and I wasn't handling life very well... I had been receiving my medicine through the Abbvie Patient Assistance Program. A company who should understand their own warnings on their medications, continued to provide obstacle after obstacle for receiving my next 3 month supply of medication. I knew that I would encounter difficulties, so I initially began taking my meds every other day. As time went on, it was every 3rd day, until I had exhausted them all. The company didn't seem to care. My new physician, with a call in request, failed to send the prescription to the pharmacy so I could attempt to obtain it by other means. I needed help. Dr. Hayes recognized immediately that I was suffering from withdrawals. I had used the medicine for over 5 years straight. I was in a lot of pain and was no longer able to truly help myself. I am still recovering, but thanks to Dr. Hayes, I am almost back to my normal self again. Although Dr. Hayes' office has suffered during the Pandemic, like most other businesses, I appreciate that Dr. Hayes utilizes technology to continue treating patients. I enjoyed being able to complete all of my new patient paperwork online. It was so easy and is my preferred method of communication. I hate having actual documents to file. That was one thing I enjoyed doing most through my previous employer - filing documents electronically; everything from scanned images to emails. Overall, when Dr. Hayes is needed the most, he is there. I'm so thankful that God allowed Dr. Hayes to be a key player in my life. Very, very thankful for such a wonderful, intelligent, caring physician!!”
