“We have always purchased our appliances from Home Depot or Best Buy. We went through Home Appliance for our new home as they were the preferred vendor for our builder, Petros, and the experience was world's apart from what we would have gotten at a big box retailer. Lenny, the sales associate we worked with, may be the most knowledgeable and helpful rep I have ever had the pleasure of working with, on any purchase, ever. His expertise on appliances should qualify him for a PhD - he had detailed information on each brand, appliance type, and model that we had questions about. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and helped us finalize our choices in one visit. He went above and beyond to make sure the appliances would be available for install and that we would qualify for any rebates. He responded quickly to emails/voicemails, and was always super friendly and energetic. I cannot say enough good things about him. When our appliances were finally installed, we did have a few issues. We reported these to HA's service department, and someone reached out to us immediately and we had technicians scheduled to come out right away. The techs were courteous of our home and quickly fixed all issues. Its a great feeling knowing we have a competent team to turn to should things pop up again. We feel so fortunate to have worked with Lenny and the rest of the Home Appliance team. Please consider them first over the likes of Best Buy and HD as you will get a much better experience at likely the same price or better. Thank you Home Appliance for everything! :)”

“Order two different sandwiches for lunch. Pompeii sub was good The bread was nothing to rave about. My friend had the corned beef sandwich and she was extremely thrilled with that. Good job taking our orders and providing a lot of options with their sandwiches whether it be toasted served hot and such. Also indulged in a couple of desserts. One was a chocolate baklava cheesecake that was very tasty. The other was a triple chocolate mousse tort that was also quite tasty The sandwiches also included a bag of chips of your choice. The owner here and their staff are extremely friendly and outgoing I very much enjoyed the interaction with them. The guy had such a good attitude, outgoing and pleasant it almost took me by surprise compared to what you normally have with the interaction of people at most restaurants.”

“This is a well established reptile store. Had a couple lamp bulbs go bad. Got another to switch out and see if it works. But they are willing to accommodate for products that are short lived. The selection of reptiles is admirable. I actually plan coming next summer to get my son and myself one of their baby iguanas. All the animals seemed pretty well and happy. None that seemed sick. They really care about their aquatics and reptiles here. I think we will be regular customers here just because the staff are well knowledgeable and take care of their animals. I've been to quite a few petstores and this one is the diamond in the rough. They have a few neat arachnids and scorpions for the "bug" lovers as well.”
