As a veterinarian, the customer service is absolutely stellar! I’ve gotten multiple calls from the owner directly to discuss results and testing recommendations. They go above and beyond, and I’m incredibly grateful!

I can't say enough good things about this diagnostic laboratory and the services they provide. Dr. Erhardt Bell is wonderful about returning calls and explaining testing protocols. Their pickup service has always been very dependable, and their prices are extremely reasonable. It is a shame that there is confusion between their good name and that of a retail pet supplier, because none of these bad reviews have anything to do with Petlabs Diagnostic Laboratories, Inc.
