“High Gear has been my gym home for almost 4 years. In the 4 years that I have been going it has become much more than a gym. It is a place of refuge and healing. That may sound like an odd thing to say about a gym but for me, that is the best way to descibe it. I have made many, many new friends and continue to make more. If you a curious about attending they always have a special for Gear Up classes (beginner). For more advanced athletes the programing is challenging and relevent to what you see in the Open and Games. I hope to see you soon.”

“I've been coming here since April 2021 when my Personal Trainer Shaun Vineyard changed gyms and I followed him over. 1. Shaun is absolutely fantastic. He's been working with me for over a year now to help me get rid of my "dad bod" and just get more active. I used to be a straight cardio guy but due to a series of injuries those days are behind me. Never been a gym guy and needed some guidance and motivation. Shaun has been awesome, he knows my injuries/limitations and is tailors my workouts as needed. He's not one of those in your face yelling at you meatheads, very down to earth and knows his profession. 2. Evolved is a cool tucked away gym on Rt 18 across from the Medina Airport. Very convenient location, great gym rates for general membership, personal training and group sessions. The ENTIRE staff is super friendly, very knowledgeable and they have all of the right equipment and space to get you the workout you need.”
