“My previous roof started leaking in the spring and it was only 8 years old. Brent from Ohio State Roofing had been recommended by several friends from my work and church. When I called he came out right away to check it out. He found that the previous roofer my late husband had hired, had simply put shingles over shingles and had not sealed several places. He. explained very clearly what might be the cause and described the damage that was likely underneath. After a minor sealing repair did not stop the leak, I decided to have the roof replaced. Again Brent was thorough in explaining the contract clearly in terms I felt comfortable with & was willing to accommodate my out of town schedule. The crew arrived exactly at the time we agreed upon (6:30am) and all work & cleanup was done by 4pm. Nothing was left for me to handle. They left my yard clean! All work was done as estimated with only a few additional wood repairs, which had been explained clearly at the contract signing. I was home as they worked and found each crew member pleasant, never using any questionable language & never standing around. I am extremely pleased with the whole process— no pressure sell, complete explanations and a beautiful roof!”

“We had Mark come out to walk the roof and secure some loose gutter screws when we first moved into our house in July. Last night, after 3 days of severe weather we noticed a leak in our roof. I called Mark around 7:30 and left a voicemail, and he called me back shortly thereafter. I explained what was happening, and he told me that he had a complicated roofing job going but would make every effort to get out in the next day or two. He was able to make a stop early in the afternoon, identified the issue, and fix the flashing issue causing the leak. With the contractors we've used the past couple months on various other house projects, we've come to expect that we will not be treated as a priority or even get a reply to the first few phone calls we make. However, Mark called me right back even thought I had left a voicemail after business hours, and he made getting to us a priority even thought our issue was relatively small and contained. That sort of service seems to be increasingly rare these days.”

They came back the next day and completed it and cleaned up all debris and nails from the driveway, they also covered all garden plants to protect them.
