“We had Mark come out to walk the roof and secure some loose gutter screws when we first moved into our house in July. Last night, after 3 days of severe weather we noticed a leak in our roof. I called Mark around 7:30 and left a voicemail, and he called me back shortly thereafter. I explained what was happening, and he told me that he had a complicated roofing job going but would make every effort to get out in the next day or two. He was able to make a stop early in the afternoon, identified the issue, and fix the flashing issue causing the leak. With the contractors we've used the past couple months on various other house projects, we've come to expect that we will not be treated as a priority or even get a reply to the first few phone calls we make. However, Mark called me right back even thought I had left a voicemail after business hours, and he made getting to us a priority even thought our issue was relatively small and contained. That sort of service seems to be increasingly rare these days.”

“My #1 go to walk and workout spot. Huge and long winding trails, so much scenery and we also like riding our 4 wheelers on the trails. Playground is nice, shade is amazing. Picnic area has CLEAN bathrooms and it's so many trails and activities to do here. Nice, big and really chill.”

“This park is among the finest of the Cleveland Metro Parks. Besides the spillway swimming area, Hinckley lake has a stroller friendly trail that is accessible from multiple parking areas and encompasses the entire lake. There is a boathouse/store where you can rent canoe's or paddle boats by the hour at reasonable rates. There are plenty of picnic areas as well as docks along the trail to fish or just take a rest. If you are looking to take a leisurely scenic walk and don't want to travel far then this is the place! The boat house fall hours begin after labor day and closes at 5 pm.”

“Intend on spending a day here. Hinckley Reservation has something for everyone from chilling, picnics, biking or hiking. Plenty of parking and restrooms for your convenience. I biked around the lake, what a joy. I also hiked Whipp's Ledges - a great workout. Definitely a place to re-visit as there are too many points of interest to take in, in one day.”

“Lisa is such a wonderful barn manager and makes sure everyone is cared for. The horses are treated like her own and she is incredibly accommodating to each horses needs. Horses have many acres to roam, stalls are cleaned twice a day, and they always have hay! Three arenas, two indoor and one outdoor and have sand mixed footing which is perfect for my navicular horse. I love this place and Lisa + staff rock!!”

They came back the next day and completed it and cleaned up all debris and nails from the driveway, they also covered all garden plants to protect them.
