So often, that I chose to shop exclusively online for my supplies rather than waste time arguing with a salesperson. I happened to visit Aquatica because a missing PVC fitting was stalling construction of my indoor pond. The owner was onsite and the salesperson was incredibly helpful. Normally where I would encounter a confrontation about my method, she responsibly offered some information that could affect my decision and then -GET THIS- she listened to my explanation! Well, I ended up coming home with 5 fish, a pump, an aquarium, a roll of filter floss, and 5 plants.”
