“I had my first appointment here this past Monday. I needed a form filled out and Michelle Twomb2y was awesome. She explained that I would need to be seen for a full physical including blood work. She was up front in telling me what tests I would need to have done and did not judge me when I told her I had never gotten a Pap smear; she simply said that it would be taken care of at my next visit and made sure I scheduled with a female doctor since she doesn’t do this portion of the physical. My physical was booked before I left the office. I will be returning and would recommend this place to anyone. BTW, Taylor, the nurse, was great too.”

The Manager (Mary) of this store actually “goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect and you are happy! NO OTHER VERIZON STORE does this “above and beyond what you expect” type of interaction with it’s customers… believe me, we are a group of 30 year customers and have probably been to most of the Verizon stores in a large area over those 30 years. “I went to Ferrell-Whited Lake Medina Physical Therapy for some overactive bladder issues. My P.T. Meghan Graf was amazing, I did the pelvic floor therapy and had excellent results. Meghan worked with me on several exercises that I continue to do at home. She made me feel totally comfortable at all times. All the staff there are top notch. “I've been training with Lindsey over 5 years! I'm given a workout routine to do on the days I'm not working with her as well as a variety of menus to follow. All of the trainers are extremely helpful, motivating and care about your goals. They are always willing to give the extra push when you need it. The gym is always clean, with a large variety of equipment. The members are always friendly too. The gym is very welcoming to all ages and fitness levels. I love that they offer childcare and tanning. There are no gyms around quite like this one!”
