“We recently lost our sweet boy, Dakota. The staff was very kind, as always. Dr Austin was kind and very patient. She told us we could come early and spend as much time as we wanted to love on him before putting him to sleep. I cannot say enough about Faith. She was the best. She was kind, explained every step and kept checking on us. However, we did not feel rushed at all. She has a very soft voice and is so empathetic. She told us about the walk she took him on and things he did that morning. She definitely is the right person for that job. Dr. Austin and Faith both made us feel that it was the right decision to let him go. The most thoughtful thing was they brought in a jar of “Goodbye Kisses” “because no dog should go to Heaven without tasting chocolate. I cannot recommend them highly enough.”
