Twice I called within 6 months, questions on new additions to our auto policies, and staff has always been professional and get the job done. They explain procedures on the phone in a very understanding fashion. Been with them for a number of years, and will continue doing business with them.

We have been with Erie through Milligan since 2005. Luckily, we've barely had to use them! However, when we needed them, they were there. It's always been easy to make policy adjustments as cars come and go, and teenaged drivers get added.

My favorite person there is Kaylee. She is always so nice and always tells what I need to hear and doesn't sugarcoat anything. She's always very detailed about everything. If she ever leaves, I might have to also. She's definitely one of a kind and awesome.

I've been with Milligan's Insurance Co. for 5 years. This is probably the best insurance company that I have ever been with. Kind, friendly staff that really knows their insurance. Milligan's is an insurance Company that does business with many companies to ensure you get the best price for you insurance needs. Insurance companies ( no names, please ) that offer you insurance through their own companies are not giving you the best prices. Always deal with an insurance company that deals with multiple companies. Ask for Kayla.
