“If I could I'd give this office 10 stars! Have been looking for a good kids dentist for ages and couldn't be more pleased with this place. Were quick to schedule and take us. Very minimal wait time to none in waiting room. Clean. Friendly staff. Doctors and assistant were very informative and friendly with me and kids. Kids love this place and no more tear works when going to the dentist. Not sure why so many negative reviews. As a mom of 5 small kids I couldn't recommend this place more!”

They took care of me so well and they are nothing but, hands down friendly!! It was very hard to say goodbye to them but, I know I will see them again soon somewhere. “When I relocated to Medina from Chicago in 2014, I needed a new dentist and my Son, Bryan, a dentist in Denver, Colorado recommended Dr Jamison Hendricks. Bryan identified Dr Jamison as one of the very best in their dental class at Ohio State. Dr Jamison, Dr Rogers, their dental assistants, Hygienists, and front office staff are all friendly, professional and very effective in their care of patients. I have received regular preventive care, a couple of crowns and successful treatment for a challenging issue with one of my molars. “I was nervous about coming here because of some of the reviews and because sometimes places that accept Medicaid have poorer reputations. There was no basis for my worries though. Both assistants that worked with me were very friendly and everything was very clean and sanitized. The equipment seemed new, and the dentist was very nice. Everyone was gentle and my teeth feel great. Full mouth of X-rays, cleaning and fluoride, no cavities or upselling. Great experience, would recommend!”

“The Vernon/Rom family, all of us, love Dr. Pfister and his whole office staff. He takes the time to know his patients, and has a way of putting everyone in a good mood. He is very detailed and consultative in his work with patients. He explains everything he does and takes care to explain the benefits as well as the risks of the orthodontic procedures he performs. His office is set up in a convenient and cheerful manner with free coffee! He is absolutely top flight, and I really do not know how anyone could ask for more or how anyone could find anything to fault. On a scale from 1 to 100, he ranks 200. Our daughter loves him and even looks forward to her appointments.”
