“The Brunswick University Center is a great resource for the community; offering an extensive course selection of most basic and some advanced classes, Learning Commons with a testing center and library services, Enrollment Center, counseling, room to study, even a vending machine that will sell you a calculator. The building was opened in 2011. It is architecturally very contemporary in a way that will probably look dated in another 25 years. However they did a good job at making it match the adjacent Rec Center, which was also contemporary for the time it was built. The campus boasts energy and water efficiency, has recycling bins in every room, and preferred parking for low-emissions vehicles. They have two bicycle racks, one on the east side of the building and one on the west side which is even covered. The building is always spotlessly clean. There is full time security. Being a small campus located right in front of a highschool, it has a very strong "Tri-High" vibe. Many of the students are 18-year-olds that are pursuing a post-secondary education because that's the only way their parents will let them continue living at home rent-free, or "College Credit Plus" highschoolers taking college classes for credit to get out of their normal high-school schedule, who reek with apathy and "I don't want to be here." They can be disruptive and generally very unmotivated or unwilling to work at a college level, so classes have an easy curve. Overall this campus offers many opportunities and is an asset to the community. I'm not going to tell you what to do but if you're thinking about a college education Brunswick University might be a good choice.”

“I learned to fly there 33 years ago and have been flying general aviation, experimental, and Ultra Lights ever since. It's a 2200 foot Runway about 50 ft wide asphalt and if you learn to fly there it's no challenge although people who learn to fly at larger airports are somewhat intimidated by this at first. Night Landings can be a challenge in a high-performance aircraft because of the trees on the North End of the runway and they need to come in kind of high so you have to plan accordingly. Since it's probably the cheapest place in Ohio to learn to fly there is a lot of Student Activity.”

“We went there for a vaccine sponsored by the Medina County Health Department. The center is beautiful with all of the latest technology in the classrooms. The staff and volunteers were friendly, helpful, and pleasant. This was a very well run clinic and I thank the university for letting the health department use their facilities for the pandemic. Thank you UA!!”
