The staffing somedays is slim, but anyone in this profession knows that is across the board anymore. It’s hard work. The staff there are great to work with & work well as a team. Management has made me feel comfortable from day 1. I feel like my opinions are valued & I could go to any one of them if I needed anything. I enjoy the residents. I go into work everyday realizing that I’m going into THEIR home & I feel it’s important to remember that. I’ve read a lot of bad reviews & think that maybe some people just aren’t cut out for this kind of work.”

“I was recommended to Cookie Cutters by a few friends in my neighborhood. I knew it had to be good if they drove to Brunswick to get their kids a haircut. I was so impressed with the service for my daughter's first haircut. Every detail is wonderful. The play place, fun vehicles for the haircuts, whatever movie they want to watch... The stylist did a great job! She got a braid and glitter hairspray, plus a balloon and lollipop. We did the first haircut package so we got an adorable certificate and a lock of hair. Stylist Cat was very kind and informative, and she did a great job. I will bring my daughter back to Cookie Cutters everytime.”

“Today I decided to try the new pizza joint in Medina, not like we needed another one, but hey let's give it a shot. They bake their pie and sauce and put the cheese and toppings on after. It is a unique flavor and something I was not sure of. After digging in I can say I'm a believer! The sauce is delicious, the crust was super crisp and the toppings were top notch! I can say for sure I will eat here again and would recommend everyone give it a try.”
