I just got an awesome package from Betsey’s! It came super fast. Everything in it fit and I liked them. I even got them on sale! Probably my best experience ordering from Betsey’s yet! I’m glad they have improved online sales and shipping.

Yes—it’s true that they have an inflexible return policy, you have to pay to ship items back, and the customer service isn’t the best in the universe, BUT it is a trustworthy company with super cute clothing, and I haven’t had any major issues with the customer service. If you’ve thoroughly read their return policy and are willing to give it a go, I would highly recommend. Sure, I’ve had the occasional flop with something that I ordered that I don’t like once seeing it in person, but more often than not, I absolutely love what I’ve ordered. I honestly can say that if I’m going to get a compliment about something I’m wearing, it is almost always something from Betsey's. SO many friends have asked me where I’ve been shopping lately and I would highly recommend you try them out. Worst case scenario, you don’t like what you ordered, get a store credit, and have to try something else-but they have a million and one options on their website so you’re bound to find something you like.

I wouldn’t be deterred by their return policy. I’m not usually one to order from a place like that but I’ve found too many great pieces for my closet to stop now!
