Union Hill Apartments

Never smell marijuana in my building or out walking with my child or going to the Rec for pool or workout
Seems it once was an issue because it has become legal
But the manager is a no tolerance person who handles things effectively and immediately! I love my neighbors are all polite and stay to themselves respecting others privacy! Best place to live I’ve been in decades!

The manager Holly is both professional and down to earth. She kept me in the loop through the entire process of renting and getting approved and made moving, one of the most difficult things a person experiences, so much less stressful and time consuming. She went above and beyond her duties. The apartment was in excellent condition. The community is kept informed and accountable to follow guidelines which she is also again, professional and immediate to address and resolve all concerns and issues. I hope to not have to move again for a long time and can see this really being a very long term home! The neighborhood freaks safe, private, and secure!!

So far the experience has been great. its very quiet. people are friendly . there is no smoking. the staff is great and responsive . response to work order maintenance is great. Tim is a great service repair man. Sandy the manager is great as well . couldn't be more happy with my choice in choosing Union Hill Apartments . (they have a nice gym and pool area)
