I ordered a set of vintage Meito china and was blown away by the excellent wrap/pack/ship job they did! It arrived 5 days sooner than projected and was wrapped and packed to perfection! Not a single broken dish.
I ordered that same set off the Internet three years ago (from an individual-not them) and it arrived in shards (broken bits & pieces). The dishes had a sheet of newspaper between each item and NO bubble wrap. It was almost impossible to get the seller to give me a refund, even though I sent pictures and even paid to mail back all the shards. So, needless to say, I was reluctant to place an Internet order again...so glad I did. I am ecstatic with my purchase and would not hesitate to buy from this site again!
