“My mother has been a patient with Dr. Davis DO for a while. This building at 165 Edwin C Moses has been remolded. A really nice, and new look too the older one. The entrance is more streamlined. The examination rooms are really nice. The atmosphere is calming. The building smells new. Nice change, but there are no windows to look out of. With the exception of the windows all is good.”

“I lived here for two years, and I can safely say that this landlord has been the best I have ever worked with. I have rented with multiple other landlords in the past, so I can attest to what a slum-lord experience is like. A lot of the negative reviews are personal beefs that folks can't take their own responsibility for. Literally 1 hour after I place a work-order, they are calling me back and trying to schedule a time to enter the premises. The units are spotless because they give the tenant AMPLE opportunities to clean their unit before they leave so that they can keep their security deposit. I accidentally burned the counter-top and they told me how I could fix it in order to avoid getting charged for damages. They do a pre-inspection and post inspection and allow you to fix any problems they uncover. Yes, they expect you to do a good job cleaning, but I think that they are very fair and honest the entire time. If you are a good tenant who READS THE LEASE AGREEMENT BEFORE SIGNING, then you will enjoy your time here.”

The takeout service here is also really great and they prepare the food quickly. I really like their beef and their Pho with meatballs was great too. “Hands down Dr. Chow is an absolutely incredible doctor. He was able to lift some bricks off my shoulders after our appointment for our son. He went over lab tests results very thoroughly and ordered a few more to make sure we was not missing something major with our sons health. He sat, listened & asked many questions to make sure he covered everything we were concerned about. He did a physical exam as well head to toe, again making sure nothing was missed. He called us back the same day in the evening to go over all the new labs he had done rather than making us wait till Monday. He truly is an incredible doctor and would recommend anyone to him.”

“I'm so grateful to of found Dr Sellars I have a complicated mouth, several implants.I was told by the other prostedonist in Dayton they all needed removed and I might not be able to wear anything if I waited I was devastated.My oral surgeon retired years back and was wonderful .I started getting other opinions ,none said I was losing all my teeth I still even questioned that.I went to Dr Miramadi, oral surgeon, he was great then to Dr Sellars.He saved me from "nervous breakdown" he took his time and studied my mouth extensively.My implants aren'tfailing and I'm not going to beTOOTHLESS.
