It has been months since we delivered our 2 lawnmowers to you. Everyone was very nice. The big John Deere mower was in for a complete overhaul and the small Craftsmen mower was not running at all. We did receive a phone call just recently telling us you were just not getting to them. That is all the contact we have had.....

Chris Berm was the epitome of a high-quality salesman. I found him to be extremely knowledgable from his years of using and selling John Deere equipment. He gave me great advice and actually steered me in the direction of the most cost-effective tractor attachment option. This was AFTER explaining to him and that cost was not important to me. You will not find a guy who is smarter and kinder than Chris. The rest of the folks in the shop were nothing but pleasant and professional. Tremendous experience and all future service/purchases will be from this location. THANK YOU for running an old-school business where the customer is the focus!

I would give 4.5 if I could. Brittany communicated with me through out the delayed delivery process and made the purchase very simple. Only complaints are that the wrong beacon light was ordered/delivered and we needed to wait an extra few days for it to be installed, and during its installation the wiper switch got busted so that'll need replaced. Overall, a great experience and we look forward to buying from Koenig again.
