“Meadows gets zero stars The Knolls apartments does it's work orders the same day. If a work orders is called to the office they come get very quickly. That dude tried to sneak a roommate in and never told management. Seemed like he was going to try an unauthorized sublease. So they brought in a washer machine. Hooked it up wrong and flooded the place. Then he did not want to do the follow up with his insurance company. Took six months to get payment. Nikki Hacker says the place sux. Yet she lived in three different units over many years”

“Due to the current Property Manager, Ms. Amanda Gleim, I must say living here at Spring Hill Apartments has been a pleasant experience. I have resided at the property for four years. When I moved here it was owed by a different property management. Within two years we had four different property managers. In my eyes neither had the experience to run this property. Amanda now running this show and is doing an awesome job here. Her professionalism and experience has made living here impeccable! She keeps all residents informed about what is happening in this community and what is expected of us all to maintain a safe and clean living space. Keeping this property clean and safe is very important to her. She works hard for this property and for all who reside here. She’s been extremely helpful with whatever concerns arise, respectfully. With that said, I will say I am happy to be a resident at Spring Hill Apartments.”
