Five Guys

I called in my order and was told 5 to 7 minutes. I was there in 7, but still had to wait another 15 minutes for my order. They were very busy and it was obvious that the staff were doing their best. Just cannot understand why I would be given a time that was not possible for them to accomplish.

my favorite is the bacon cheeseburger .I always spend between 40 to 60 depending on the big kids appetite lol the food is delicious and worth every penny

Placed an order online and got the wrong order. Mistakes happen amd the manager did his best to fix it. But the true amazement was the email I got from the General Manager. The store manager had reached out to them after I left and she in turn reached out to me to make sure it was taken care of.
It is not often you still see true customer service like this.

I’ve been to many five guys and I’ve always liked their burgers. But this particular location is by far the best!!! The customer service is outstanding… the burgers are perfectly made, not even slightly sloppy. This is overall just a really well managed food joint.

While it is a little pricey, the burgers were fantastic and the fries were also great! I am picky about burgers—and these were very good. Outdoor seating was so nice on a sunny day. I would say that you could consider it being a more sit down restaurant food that is fast. I got the cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, and Mayo. We will certainly be back!
