Decent place. My Massage Therapist was extremely nice and listened to me and my knots. It's too much of a "spa setting" for me but it's cute for bridal parties and such

I absolutely loved my massage and facial, I also,most importantly like the fact that there was no pressure to purchase anything afterward. That alone is a reason that I will definitely be a returning guest. I was able to enjoy my mother/daughter time with no pressure. Jessie and Mercedes were wonderful and very informative. Last but not least, the front desk staff were also very friendly,and informative as well, they made us feel very welcomed.

This was a wonderful experience and we will definitely return!! The staff was amazing and allowed me to bring decorations for my sister because we were celebrating her birthday which is actually on Valentine’s Day so I handed over the decorations and as we walked in the waiting area and also the massage room they definitely hooked it up! My sister was so surprised she asked me when did I have time to decorate I smiled and said I DIDNT!! Spavia even gave my sister a gift for her birthday which was nice.

The staff was very warm, knowledgeable and welcoming. The changing area, as well as the room and the rest of the facility, was very clean and well maintained. I liked the fact that they gave me a locker to secure my possessions. I haven't seen that before but I really liked that. Also, I've not been to a place that gives you a robe and slippers as well as a relaxation room, with drinks mind you, for my pre and post massage. It definitely gives it class and elegance not seen in other places. My massage therapist was Starr. I can't say enough good things about her. She absolutely knows what she's doing. It made me comfortable and at ease knowing that. I went in there in a lot of pain and told Starr where my problem areas were after she asked. She quickly went to work and focused on the problems. Starr didn't do anything fancy or unnecessary, she didn't have to because she did exactly what I expected and I'm here to tell you I'm 100% better. No pain, and able to move better than I have in a LONG time. Thank you Starr. I will definitely be going back and I highly, highly recommend you check them out and all the services they offer.

So I actually signed up for the monthly membership and absolutely love it here! I have chronic back pain and getting a monthly massage helps so much! The staff are always really friendly and greet you as soon as you enter. You check in and go to the changing area. They have lockers and you get sandals and a robe to change into. If you need to shower before or after the massage,, there is a shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and towels to dry off! You then walk into a waiting area with a diffuser. Also, in the waiting area they have hot and cold water and tea bags while you wait. You can also grab a warm neck pillow. The therapist will get you and lead you to the room to discuss focus areas or problem areas. At the end of the massage, your therapist will step out and get you water or hot tea! Then you change back into your clothes and head out! Highly recommend going here! Let them know I sent ya 😉 lol
