“Our first experience was with Joe. We needed our galvanized pipes replaced after getting a whole home water system installed. Joe gave us a more than fair reasonable estimate compared to others. He did excellent work, didn’t leave a mess, and was super friendly to our 3yr old daughter. Our second experience was with Cody and Matt. We had a new kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal installed. Cody took the time to explain everything to me, in the event stuff didn’t fit. “My water heater installation was completed very quickly after Five Star Plumbing determined that replacement parts still did not make the water heater function at all. I had prompt service and all my questions regarding warranty replacement were answered. In less than 2 hours the old unit was removed, returned to place of purchase, and a new water heater purchased and then installed. The service technicians were courteous, professional and again answered more questions, and did a run through on the workings of the digital computer. I would highly recommend this company for your water heater repairs and installation of a new unit if needed.”
