That dude tried to sneak a roommate in and never told management. Seemed like he was going to try an unauthorized sublease. So they brought in a washer machine. Hooked it up wrong and flooded the place. Then he did not want to do the follow up with his insurance company. Took six months to get payment. Nikki Hacker says the place sux. Yet she lived in three different units over many years”
