When I first went in the young woman in the store was friendly as well as extremely knowledgeable about all the floors. She helped us over months make the right choice with no pressures on anything. We took a number of samples back and forth. When we made our choice the team came out and measured our spaces and gave a good quote. They came out and did a beautiful job. “Rapid Response replaced the entirety of my flooring downstairs after a pipe burst and flooded the previous flooring. The job did take a lot longer than expected but after the wait my floors look brand new. They also replaced all of the trim and pieces of drywall that were effected. Everything looks great. The first time around, the floors did not get finished by the crew that was sent out to do them. The owner, Jerry, took charge in coming back to make sure the job was done correctly and was helpful every step of the way making sure to get the problems fixed. His main focus was to make sure we were happy with the final results”

He coordinated the install timing with the other contractors involved in the kitchen demo and cabinet installation. Everything worked out perfectly. The installers, Aaron and Scott, were very pleasant, professional, and accommodating. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience and quality of the finished product. This year we contacted Bob again to get the same flooring installed throughout the rest of the house. We made a point of requesting Aaron and Scott for the installation. Once again, we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience and finished product. Done on time, on schedule, and high quality - again. This company is the best and if we had more floor to replace we’d hire them in a heartbeat!!”
