My Pilates Studio LLC

Great place to do Pilates, I have been going here for several years and I'm 75. I have worked with many instructors and they are all great! They are careful of any problems I may have at the time. It helps me feel good.

I have been going to My Pilates for over ten years. I was diagnosed with a chronic condition ten years ago. My doctor advised me to keep moving and exercise. I truly believe that doing Pilates 2-3 times a week has made significant difference in my health. The instructors there are highly qualified and know how to modify exercises to fit your needs. The studio is a first class studio and we are lucky to have something like this in Dayton. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been a client at My Pilates Studio for 4 years. I have taken both private lessons and group classes here. All of the instructors are professional Stott trained teachers. This is a size and age friendly studio that is welcoming to all. If you have thought about giving Pilates a try, this is the place to go.

I love this place! The class sizes are small enough that you definitely get individualized attention and that it a HUGE PLUS for me. Learning something new I am always prone to injury and I have never found that to be the case here. The barre classes are really awesome and have gotten me back into shape very quickly. Looking forward to giving their pilates reformer classes a shot next!
