I have to admit that my last in person visit with a personal banker was 6 years ago and did not go well Today was a terrific experience. Jennifer treated me like a person, not an account. I started off expressing my disappointment with 53 in general and she listened...really listened. She was on time at 2pm and made the transition easy to negotiate.
