They couldn't pinpoint it and gave me a high quote (this also included tires and an oil change) Naturally I wanted a second opinion so on the recommendation of QUITE a few friends I came to True Care Auto. Super friendly, very patient with my questions, and VERY thorough in their inspection. Their quote came back higher BUT that's because they found a few other serious safety issues that needed addressed that the big brand place didn't find. They broke down the costs for me and even recommended services that NEEDED to be done and others that were lower on the priority that could wait. All in all a fantastic experience!”

“I had a nail in my tire and needed it plugged. I went to another a name brand tire place to have it plugged and they refused to do it. Said I needed four new tires. I asked if they could replace the tire that had a nail in it and they said no... insisted I buy four new tires. When I refused to buy the tires, they sent me on my way... with a nail still in the one tire. I went to Hammerhead and not only did they plug the tire. They did it for free. No run around. No trying to sell me something I didn't need. Just good old-fashioned, professional service with a handshake and a smile. I know where I'll take my business the next time I need work done on my car.
