When I moved here it was owed by a different property management. Within two years we had four different property managers. In my eyes neither had the experience to run this property. Amanda now running this show and is doing an awesome job here. Her professionalism and experience has made living here impeccable! She keeps all residents informed about what is happening in this community and what is expected of us all to maintain a safe and clean living space. Keeping this property clean and safe is very important to her. She works hard for this property and for all who reside here. She’s been extremely helpful with whatever concerns arise, respectfully. “I used to live here with my friend for a couple years and it’s amazing! It had full amenities like a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and fridge. The A/C was new and worked great even came with a remote. There is washer and dryers downstairs for public use as well as a laundry mat down the street. Right down the road is a Meijer and plenty of places to eat. The management was great, I just slipped my rent into the management offices mailbox each month. I’d say I paid around $600 after hot water but they don’t make you pay for gas or electric. I enjoyed my time there!”

I believe the lady who stain matched for us was Kacy. I just wanted to say she did a phenomenal job matching the color. She was also extremely helpful in instructing us about needing wood conditioner first, something we never would have thought of needing ourselves. The job went extremely well thanks to her instruction and the quality stain and poly we bought. Couldn't be happier with the professionalism and know-how of Kacy and the others who work at this store. This is our go-to location as it is really close to our house. We appreciate having such great people available to help us with our home improvements. Kudos!!!”
