(Have been to both locations now) Got a food recommendation for our breed and its perfect! When we checked in for our second visit, the lady who greeted us opened the doors to the back and relayed that "Gordon is here!!!" which I thought was sweet they remembered him. The entire staff is friendly, professional, caring, patient and always greet us with a smile. Dr. Maimon is the absolute BEST veterinarian! She always takes the time to answer all of my questions and as a first time dog owner I have a lot. I never feel rushed. My poor Nellie has had a rough year. She was diagnosed with heartworm which is now cleared and most recently she sustained a pretty bad injury to her paw. I'm happy to say that Dr. Maimon and the staff have taken amazing care of her through both of these traumatic events. I will never take my girl anywhere else! As far as price I don't have anything to compare to but for me, you get what you pay for and I get my monies worth and then some. I can't say enough about this place! My daughter and brother also take their pets there. We love them!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤”

“FANTASTIC PRACTICE!!! This veterinary practice is one of the best I've ever experienced! When I called to make an appointment for my dog, Sarge, the woman whom I spoke with was courteous and professional and provided me with appointment options. Throughout the actual appointment process (due to COVID-19) I was impressed. When it was time for my dog to be taken in, the staff member was extremely professional, courteous and made me feel she cared about my dog. She provided me with a quick overview of how the appointment would go and that the dr. would call me when finished and answer my questions. Dr. Horton did call me, provided me with a detailed review of the exam and took great care to make sure all of my questions were answered. When I picked up Sarge, the staff continued to practice that professionalism and caring, ensure I was given a report of what was done, recommendations and written answers to my questions. Cost was more than reasonable, I feel, for a new patient visit. I can say, without a doubt, that this is our vet from now on and has Sarge's approval as well. Thanks to Dr. Horton & staff! You can learn a lot just dropping by unannounced to a clinic and asking questions BEFORE you bring a pet there. These guys really stood out ahead of the pack because they answered a ton of questions, were super friendly about it, and their responses gave me confidence that they could solve problems. I took my puppy there and they gave him a thorough exam, plus answered more questions from me and helped me figure out strategies for specific concerns I had. Also, they helped my husband and I with ideas on how to catch a stray cat we are feeding so we can bring him in for his care package. They are accessible, skilled and friendly. I LOVE this place.
