The driver was able to pick him up from the nursing home and was very kind and courteous to him (I was on the phone with him at the time to approve with the nursing home). He arrived on time for drop off and pick up from the location. What more can you ask? This was the only highly rated company that answered the phone to schedule of the three I tried to contact. I would use them again.”

Dr. Ratcliff has been there all along, and Danielle Little, FNP has earned my trust time and again. I hear they're moving to Germantown soon, and while that's a little bit farther from my home, I don't care. If they were moving to Cincinnati or Columbus, I'd still be seeing them, because they listen, they care, and they get it right. People in the Dayton metro would be wise to take a short trip through the country to see these folks instead of waiting forever in the BMV-like line and atmosphere you get a lot of other places.”

“Tony did a fantastic job fixing our roof siding fascia. High wind caused the fascia metal piece to came lose and broke eventually. I called Tony, he came the same day to look at the damage, he also notice some other spot which I had missed and fixed everything the literally the next day. I have called Tony at our previous house to fix leaking skylight and other storm damage. He fixed that as well and it was perfect! “The first flavor I tried was Lemon Lime, and it wasn't bad, almost like a lime Jell-O. I'm a huge fan of the Boston Creme, and I got that from my local shop - along with Strawberry Lemonade (with the BOGO). I have to say, yet another win guys! The transition from B.C to this was cool too - the vanilla custard flowing through the strawberry, like a shortcake - then as the Lemonade hit in, got a Fruit Loops vibe... Very impressive! I also liked the Apple Strudel pretty well, however the apple could be a bit better, and less muting to the cinnamon taste. All in all, I really like the selection and flavor quality!”

He has a great network of contractors and team to get things done quickly and within a budget. He worked with my tenants, painters, garage people, etc to get the house on the market much quicker than I could have done remotely. My house needed a few things spruced up, he got us quotes and we went thru what would help the house sell vs what was overboard.
