Enjoyed the BBQ plate with pork & brisket. The brisket had a lot of fat, more than I'm accustomed to in 4 slices. Good flavor. Also, the in the beans they had cut up brisket & a few pieces of fat seemed a bit larger than normal. Again, it had good flavor.
I loved how the sweet potato fries were tossed in cinnamon sugar. So tasty.
We were there during December, so the decorations were super fun.
Cool views. Clean Interior. Nice Patio.
The Garlic Tots were great and I could have made a full meal from the Wisconsin Cheese Curds alone.
Their Walley breading is the basic flour and cornmeal. They could really benefit from investing into Shore Lunch.
The Smokehouse Club was good and the Prime and Cheesy was melt-in-your-mouth. (I still wish it came with a side of Au Jus)
We took our own Walleye and had Crows Nest cook it and it was amazing!! They cooked it 3 different ways and they were all great. Bryan was a great host and Paige our server was fantastic in serving our big group of 18 and patient with our kids. Even the bus boys were great in helping make our experience fun. It was an incredible place to eat the walleye we caught in the morning.
We came in around 6 o’clock on a Saturday night in late July. They said it would be about an hour wait. It was totally worth it! (actually, about 40 minutes)
Bryon found us our table and was friendly and had good humor.
Peyton was our waitress. Her service was totally stellar! In fact, the entire staff at this place seemed happy, friendly, and having fun even while they were swamped.
We ordered fried cheese curds as an appetizer, which were awesome. We then ordered the smoked meat off their menu, which had brisket, sausage, pork belly and ribs.
Everything tasted awesome, and the portions were plentiful!
