I thought I wasn't going to be able to pick her up at the end of the day as planned because of car trouble and at no extra cost they were going to allow me to pick her up the next morning even though they charge a housing fee any other time. I will definitely use them again and will highly recommend them.”

Even if some items take a little longer to get in (certain types of coveralls, bibs, etc.), Jon will seek out the employee they are for and reassure them it was not forgotten and provide an ETA. “My wife and I used to shop here about five years ago when it was save a lot. I think the manager was named Allen. At any rate what the store lacked in quality or selection the manager made up for with an outstanding customer service and a genuine smile and appreciation for his employees and customers. He left to pursue other opportunities, and the store fell into deterioration both in quality and customer service. Hence we quit shopping there. However, last week I noticed the name and look have changed. So I decided to have a look. I was really surprised. The fresh produce and meat department was outstanding in quality and price,,and everything was very clean. The only thing missing now is a manager with an open smile and a genuine desire to make the place feel like a hometown grocery like the previous manager did.We have decided to start shopping here again, so long as they keep up the good work.”

“Stopped during a road trip with 3 small children, Jen went out of her way to make sure I had enough room for all of us to be able to get some sleep comfortably. When the first room didn't work for us (there was an awful smell of paint, Jen wouldn't let us stay in it) we were given the presidential suite for the same price as the original room. They had a roll away bed waiting for us with plenty of extra bedding. The breakfast was hot and delicious, and had a lot of options. They went above and beyond for our one night to make sure us and the kids were comfortable.”
