“Stopped during a road trip with 3 small children, Jen went out of her way to make sure I had enough room for all of us to be able to get some sleep comfortably. When the first room didn't work for us (there was an awful smell of paint, Jen wouldn't let us stay in it) we were given the presidential suite for the same price as the original room. They had a roll away bed waiting for us with plenty of extra bedding. The breakfast was hot and delicious, and had a lot of options. They went above and beyond for our one night to make sure us and the kids were comfortable.”
