“Had family visitors from NYC. We had not been together for nearly 2 years and also were commemorating a wedding anniversary. Did not want to spend entire day cooking or go to a restaurant. A friend had recommended Taproot Catering. Michael was very accommodating. He prepared our meal on a Sunday and was flexible & helpful regarding the menu. Our meal included a salad (greens from farmers market & vinaigrette), steak & salmon (both prepared perfectly & with side sauces), grilled vegetables, fingerling potatoes, and the best strawberry shortcake we’ve ever had. Quality, quantity, & fair price exceeded expectations . I highly recommend Taproot, will order their weekly meals and think of them first when needing catering services.”
