The company was locally owned and not part of a huge corporation. We prefer to support small businesses when we can. We were very impressed with Phil's quick response to our call and the detail of the initial quote. It was obvious we had chosen a man with years of experience. We found Phil and his crew to have a work ethic that just couldn't be beat. They arrived early and worked tirelessly all day long. They delivered not only what was promised but went beyond expectations. The attention to all aspects of the job was amazing. We appreciated the way Phil kept us in the loop regarding their work progress. He informed us of the expected times of supply deliveries, etc. He often took pictures of the repairs needed so we could see for ourselves the problem areas of the roof. His solutions were justified and much needed. He gave us great customer service. Their initial quote was not the lowest price given but their work turned out to be the best. We are very happy we chose Phil's Construction for the necessary structural repairs and replacement of our roof. As an added bonus, since this construction company can also build new additions, install windows, siding, and other home improvements, we have already approached Phil about upgrading the plumbing in our bathroom shower. “A must-see if you're in the area and like Everything/Junk stores. On a good season it has tons to look at if the vendors are all there, which is the catch. Some days are more dead than others and it's tough to know which but other vendors usually seem to know the schedules of their neighbors so it never hurts to ask. One of the few things worth seeing while in Streetsboro.”

“I usually do not do reviews, but in the case of Kitchen Tune-Up I absolutely have to!! From the time I met the sale person, Diane to meeting the manager Scott to the gentlemen doing the install on my cabinet refacing I was totally impressed by the courteous, professional attitude exhibited by one and all. Oh sure! That's what everyone says! Right? Well, though all of this is true what really impressed me was what they didn't have to do!!! This cabinet refacing was supposed to be a surprise! We thought it was all good until the manufacturer informed us we would not have the goods until late July! We needed it in June!! Within 24 hours Scott had secured another supplier that had them here in a week! Same high quality as the first manufacturer! We didn't hit the time period we needed but it was only missed by a week instead of over a month because of the extra time and effort put into finding a new supplier! These guys are the best on Al levels and I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing new kitchen remodel or a simple cabinet refacing!!!!!”
