“I'm sure it's a great place, but you must know that this is not a shop like you think. You need to call ahead for an appointment, you can't just come in and look around. Seems to be a sole proprietorship and I was trying to come in to buy ammo thinking it was a full on store with hours and everything. But no, this place runs a business just like I used to run mine, as a sole proprietor mechanic. Really cool place. I assume the gentleman or gentle lady lives in the house right next to it, an absolutely beautiful landscaping! Very impressed with what I see even though I was never able to get a hold of them”

“Several different times in my life I've had several different officers of the Eaton Police department come to my rescue come to my assistance you see I'm physically challenged I use a power chair to get around and they have come to my rescue many of times especially today a friend who is now my guardian angel called upon the Eaton Police department come help me my power chair was not working right and she called the police department and needed to get me some help well I'm only home here come fire truck and ambulance two police officers I was so embarrassed but at the same time I felt so much love I felt I was overwhelmed with joy I felt love I felt I cannot explain to you how happy I was how grateful I was how it was great I cannot think all the police officers the firefighters the squad police officers everybody even the young lady that first came to my rescue I cannot thank you all enough what you have all done today God bless each and everyone of you today and always you will be remembered today was a blessing today I know now that people care God please put your hand around every person today that helps me everyone the police officers the paramedics the young lady that used to work at Walmart all of them please keep them safe as they go out and risk their lives to save ours thank you God bless”

“Great doctor and nursing staff. I felt heard, and tests were taken right away. They work on getting my pain under control fast. After the results came back, everything was explained and they recommended a doctor to follow up with. All in all, I was there for about 3-3/4 hours. I felt cared for. “One of our favorite experiences! My husband and I drove over 4 hours from Pennsylvania to visit and it far exceeded our expectations! We did two tours over two days: The Sundowner Safari and the Zoo Adventure tour. Both tours were fantastic! The Sundowner Safari Tour was a perfect BYOB date night where we got to meet the animals in a relaxed, adults-only atmosphere. The Zoo Adventure tour is best suited for children, but still absolutely enjoyable for family members of all ages as there are many opportunities to pet and feed the animals. Although the main reason for visiting was to meet Cassie the Sand Cat, (my absolute favorite animal!) I was able to find something to love in each animal there. Quality over quantity is definitely the mission, because by the end of the tour, you'll know every individual animal's name and story. I didn't know much about cape porcupines before our tour, but I was so pleasantly surprised to meet Acacia, who has such a beautiful personality and is so friendly! I even bought a shed quill as a souvenir! Amanda and Brian are incredible people. Their passion for the animals is evident in everything that they do, and they have an amazing story to tell. You can tell that these animals are well-loved by them. My favorite part of Wild Hearts is that their passion for conservation is so evident in everything that they do. They have a holistic approach to conservation that is community based, both at the farm here and in their outreach work in Africa. I'm so excited to hear about their upcoming expansion and I'll be so excited to see the amazing things that they do as Wild Hearts grows!”

“I know the owner of this Marathon/Food Mart, and he is a good man. He is an excellent cook; the burgers are very good; made to order. He has great customer service. He is professional and very friendly. When you stop in, there is a small town, "down home" atmosphere. The price of gasoline is very competitive, and not just in Gratis, but in all of Preble County. Actually, the prices on everything in the store are competitive with any other place in the area. And that is not easy to do compared with the larger stores/gas stations, but he does it. The store is very clean considering that it is an older building. I have not ever seen it dirty; always clean floors, coolers, shelves, etc. I know that the owner takes pride in the cleanliness of his store. And the outside of the store is kept clean as well. The building could use a fresh coat of paint, but even so it is not that bad. The coolers are well stocked, and with a nice variety of products. The shelves also are well stocked, and considering the size of the store, he does a good job keeping them that way. Some of the smaller shelves may seem to be half empty, but that's to be expected when they contain some of the best selling products. Overall, I recommend stopping for gasoline (at good prices), or any other things that you may need from the store. It's a good place for a quick stop (cigarettes, snacks, drinks, alcohol) or even a fresh burger! The service is excellent, and you will not be disappointed. Stop in and support your locally owned establishment. Your business is greatly appreciated, and you will always get service with a smile.”

“my family and i have been banking with Woodforest (Eaton specifically) for years and they’ve always been more than great! my mom and i went there Friday to finally set a savings account for me and Jackie helped me with opening that savings account, she answered all our questions and more. after finishing that, Sean sat down with my mom and i for even longer to explain some more in depth financial questions we had! Elissa didn’t help us on this day specifically but she’s always handled my checks and other day-to-day bank visits and is always so quick with it! They’re all so helpful, and kind! plus they're all relatable and humorous too which is a great plus!!”
