I immediately called them, knowing we probably needed a new hot water heater, and Jason was out in about 10 min to begin the process of hooking up a new one. In 45 min or less, we had a new hot water heater all hooked up and Heating our water. We are so very thankful for their very speedy help, especially when we have company coming this evening, some of whom sleep in the basement.
