I am editing my last review because I thought there was some incorrect info being said but it turned out to be a misunderstanding and then their 3rd party customer service would sometimes resist transferring me back Josh later, which leads to frustration. None of this was Josh's fault. He had all the correct knowledge and in fact, was waiting on some delayed items to clear before he reached out. Then HE personally reached back out to me which was nice to bypass that 3rd party customer service line. He took the time and effort to make sure my bill was correct and we were happy. I totally recommend Josh and JennG on their outstanding customer service and attention to detail. Thanks again!”

They kept the office extremely clean at all times and after every patient. Service was fairly prompt. Each team member was great at listening, answering questions and providing recommendations, all with a smile! I had a different doctor than I normally do for my recent visit, and I can confidently say that both Dr. Ketner and Dr. Miller have excellent skills and bedside manner and I feel equally comfortable seeing either. The staff was very friendly and helpful when it came down to us trying to find something in our price range. We had no idea what kind of car we wanted to get just that it be in our price range and they recommended this car to us. We had to get the window fixed on it because it was messed up when we bought the car but they offered to fix it for free for us.
