Schroeder P&H has always been great, but I have to tell you about today. I went down to our basement about 3, and our carpet was wet halfway across the room. I immediately called them, knowing we probably needed a new hot water heater, and Jason was out in about 10 min to begin the process of hooking up a new one. In 45 min or less, we had a new hot water heater all hooked up and Heating our water. We are so very thankful for their very speedy help, especially when we have company coming this evening, some of whom sleep in the basement. A very huge THANK YOU to Schroeder P&H for your speedy service, and today it was Jason who took care of us, so thank you, Jason.
I needed general plumbing pipe, elbows, connectors, etc…. Ironically, none of this could be found at Lowe’s or Menards. The office person took time (about an hour) and found exactly what I needed to do the build right the first time. I still had issues with my pump and called them. The employee, who happened to just get back from a job gave me things to try to get the pump working. He also stayed in the office until I called back to make sure I had water. Excellent customer service from a small town company. Highly recommend them…
Have always had great & friendly service. Had a new pipe run from my well into the house. Earlier had a new pump , softener & all new pipes put in. Everything was done well & in a timely manner. Would recommend them to anyone with plumbing to be done.
Had them install new air conditioner system at my home and they were able to get everything scheduled and installed in just over a week in the middle of the summer. Did great work and have always been available for questions I have had since. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.
They have done multiple plumbing jobs for me. Employees are always friendly and do great work! Had a water leak under my house once from an unglued pipe, they fixed it up and cleaned up everything holding the rest of my pipes in place and charged a minimal fee for their time. Also had them do a big job, they were quick and the pricing was fair.
