(April 19, 2023, 4:44 pm)We were half way between Toledo and Cleveland when we lost all air pressure on our straight truck. Called NLP and the mechanic came out. He quickly figured out the problem and made a run to Freightliner for the line and had us back up and rolling so we didn't miss our pick-up. Mechanic was very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Highly recommend!!

The mechanic who assisted us was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our truck was repaired quickly. Despite facing some unexpected challenges, he purchased the necessary part on a Sunday and arrived early the next day to complete the repair. We were impressed by his dedication and commitment to providing excellent service. Overall, we had a great experience with this service shop and highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable truck repair services.

(February 22, 2023, 1:34 pm)Nate’s an experienced mechanic, he’s repainted my car, did body work (rust), control arms, installed headers, spark plugs, oil change, installed lights, you name it. He can do it. Anyone who’s ACTUALLY done business with this man knows what he’s about.
