“This company saved me and my wife’s life. We had a rental van that had broken down on the Ohio Turnpike while returning to Illinois. We sat broken down on the shoulder for an hour and a half calling local 24/7 tow companies, none of which answered. This company answered right away and understood the severity of the situation. Within 15 minutes a flatbed was dispatched and we were being picked up. The flatbed driver Dylan looked out for our safety the entire time helping us into the tow truck. He quickly hooked our vehicle and loaded it. We then embarked on our journey to Chicago Illinois. Dylan was super outgoing, friendly, and a positive person to be around in a time like this. He made our trip home very enjoying. Lastly, you would think this trip would cost and arm and a leg but this company was extremely fair. I feel I walked out with a fair deal on what appears to be a great bike (still too cold to try it out). As others have said, Dan was great to work with throughout the process. It was a long drive for me so we talked over the phone beforehand and he was extremely helpful over the phone as well as when I came to check it out in store. No pressure tactics, very knowledgeable and just great to do business with. And a bonus, you get a t-shirt at the end which is super comfy. Might be worth it just for that! We did have a little hiccup with the delivery, but no harm no foul and I'd go back in a heartbeat!”
