The almost complete shift to checkouts isn't as daunting as it had originally been. The associates have a little handheld that has a digital assistant called "Ask Sam." I figure in reference to Sam Walton. It's a nice touch, but I wonder if they used his voice.”

It was a long drive for me so we talked over the phone beforehand and he was extremely helpful over the phone as well as when I came to check it out in store. No pressure tactics, very knowledgeable and just great to do business with. And a bonus, you get a t-shirt at the end which is super comfy. Might be worth it just for that! We did have a little hiccup with the delivery, but no harm no foul and I'd go back in a heartbeat!”
