“Everyone is very nice. I don't always like the wait times. Lines are generally quite long when I first get here. The drive through used to be good if there wasn't anyone in line. I'm not sure that customers are aware that they have to push the call button. Yes there is a chime that they hear inside, but it gets noisy and they don't always catch it. It doesn't matter since the drive through is closed. Since Covid-19, they have been substantially busier. If they had more employees it would help, as long as people don't run into each other. Still, this is better than Walmart Pharmacy, and Walgreens.”

“My favorite section at Kroger's is the produce section. We feel most of the time you can always find fresh fruits and vegetables.The freezer section also has alot to choose from .The cashier's and baggers are almost always polite and friendly”
