“A great facility for elders! I was there taking my neighbor for an appointment, and what a beautiful facility with such friendly people. They have great little tables/areas for waiting on patients who are exercising or getting therapy, etc. So I like going with him (he is blind, I drive him every week) because its just a great friendly environment. Very clean. Very clean!!!! I mean, really, for the amount of people in and out of there, WOW. Just goes to show when people care, it impacts the environment too. Great place to go if you have an appointment here. I didnt even have an appointment here, but I felt compelled to leave a review because it is seriously such a nice little oasis of care!”

She said they would get the prescription to my temporary address faster than anyone else. True, but the parcel carrier delivered the package to the wrong address and provided photographic proof that they did so. MixLab went into action immediately and sent out another parcel that day. I was a bit anxious & rattled about the change— the two gentlemen were able to help me understand more clearly that it was no issue. Although, always busy, the team is always able to take the time to answer questions. In the world today, an extra few minutes, is really going the extra mile or two! When my husband came home from the nursing home Michelle came to our home to give him his flu shot on her way home from work. Our insurance had a different preferred pharmacy. It was okay but when Hometown signed up with a company that listed them as the preferred pharmacy I couldn't wait to return. I have NEVER had a problem with them!! If I could give them 100 stars I would! Also, when my husband came home from a nursing home a different time - I was so confused with all the medication instructions, Marcie gave me her personal cell phone number so I could call if need be. That night I DID need to call her with a question. She answered and was able to walk me thru what I needed to dol Would I go any where else - NEVER!!!”
