“This is the best gym I've ever attended... and I'm so happy to be a member! First off, the staff are simply amazing! They always have a smile, are super friendly, and genuinely care about your progress - without being pushy. They have a wide variety of machines and free weights - and even recently added some more! What I find refreshing is the layout... they have several rooms dedicated to various machines/weights/workouts - it's not just one giant floor where everyone can see you grunt. Of course they have a main floor with machines, treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, etc., one with machines and free weights, one dedicated to deadlifts and benching, one for mostly legs, a class room... you get the picture. There is plenty of space, regardless of what you want to focus on. This is a 24/7 gym, so your fob gets you in any time, but you might want to check out regular hours, because they offer free classes to members! Just sign up online and you're in! Yoga is extra but it's reasonable, the same with bringing in a non-member. What I love most is this is a real gym, not a meat market, not a place where you'll get laughed at for not lifting enough weight. The members are all great people, completely supportive, and while we're serious about working out, are ready to lend a hand when asked. Giddy's has changed my outlook on what a gym can be. You wouldn't know I work out by looking at me (yet), but I feel at home here. There are seriously buff bodybuilders to beginners of all walks of life. It truly is an amazing place with a genuine staff and awesome members. Shout out to Deb, Randy, Marissa, Az, Noah, Anika, Tabitha, and Clifton!”

I have worked specifically with Christina Barnett, the nurse/social worker and she is amazing! “I’ve been going through Dr.Meniru for 13yrs. This is the best obgyn. If he was any other kind of dr I’d have him as a family dr and dentist if I could. He’s the best not only because he’s good at his job but he makes you feel comfortable, he listens to you and actually makes you feel like you’re not just another patient. He delivered 5 of my children and when I had a miscarriage he helped me with that as well. You can tell he actually values his patients and the staff isn’t rude like most dr office. “The people that work there are fantastic! They provide very quick and accurate service and do so in a friendly manner. The pharmacist always takes time to speak with me and to make sure that I understand how to take my medications correctly. The only problem is they have a small space. Thus, they do not have on hand ,all the medications that my doctors prescribe. Therefore If it's a new medication, I will use a different pharmacy.”

“I was at quick care and was very impressed with the staff. Everyone from Jess and her staff was very professional, knowledgeable and caring. I had a follow up visit with Dr. Monaco and once again was very impressed and left the office feeling like the staff went above and beyond my expectations. Dr. Monaco was very kind and compassionate. Michele went above and beyond to help get a test approved from my insurance company that was not being taken care of from Joanne. Joanne was very rude and was not accomodating at all. I hope that my follow up appt does not reflect the unprofessionalism of one of the staff and i continue to have a good experience with the Crystal clinic since they were highly recommended! I would have given a 5 star but due to one bad apple i didnt feel it was appropriate.”
