I highly recommend Donny as a personal trainer. He trains my daughter and she looks forward to her workouts! He is motivational and very detailed oriented. He pays attention very closely to make sure she is doing her exercise’s correctly to prevent injury which was very important to us. Grateful to have such a nice, clean and friendly place so close to home, and the protein smoothie bar is an added bonus!

Joined Lucas Training 2 months ago. I’ve been working with Donny in a personal training session once a week and working out on my own 2-3 days a week. Donny has been an amazing coach teaching me proper form, variations of exercises to target specific muscle groups, encouraging me to keep going and giving me the extra push when I need it. Love this gym! Big enough to have everything you need to get a great workout, but small enough that you’re not waiting on weights and machines or feeling crowded. Check it out, you won’t regret it.

I’ve trained with Donny in the past and am currently using his training facility as my gym now . Donny is an excellent trainer . His experience and knowledge as a trainer help you reach your goals ! Workouts are always different and tailored to you. The facility is clean and has a ton of great equipment for any workout you desire . No waiting for equipment like you would at a busy gym !
