“I was at quick care and was very impressed with the staff. Everyone from Jess and her staff was very professional, knowledgeable and caring. I had a follow up visit with Dr. Monaco and once again was very impressed and left the office feeling like the staff went above and beyond my expectations. Dr. Monaco was very kind and compassionate. Michele went above and beyond to help get a test approved from my insurance company that was not being taken care of from Joanne. Joanne was very rude and was not accomodating at all. I hope that my follow up appt does not reflect the unprofessionalism of one of the staff and i continue to have a good experience with the Crystal clinic since they were highly recommended! I would have given a 5 star but due to one bad apple i didnt feel it was appropriate.”

“First off, Dr Nannapaneni is amazing!! She is very knowledgeable and was great through my entire pregnancy and c-section delivery. Her office staff are kind and Lisa is great as well! I would highly recommend this doctor. My first pregnancy was in Wichita, KS and I had a horrible experience through it all. This time was completely different and I appreciate her and her team so so much for that! Because I want to be completely transparent, the only negative I had was that she doesn’t accept cards, so I had to go through being reimbursed from my HSA account which was a pain, but not the end of the world and why I would never rate her less than 5 stars. -Adrea Gracia”
