  Heather is wonderful! Being recently diagnosed with celiac disease, I had no idea how to navigate through that adjustment. Heather has helped me tremendously, she has made it very manageable to live with. She sends me nutritious recipes that fit my new diet. Heather is always up lifting and positive when I meet with her!

  Heather is so encouraging even on bad days she was always able to find the positive and focus on the next steps. She was prompt at every appointment. She emailed nutritious recipes that were doable with a busy work schedule. I look forward to our appointments and always leave feeling positive and more confident. I would HIGHLY recommend Heather as a health coach.

  Heather presented at a meeting for the Arthritis Foundation to discuss anti-inflammatory nutrition for our arthritis connect support group.
  I was contacted by several attendees who really enjoyed her presentation and took back such great information to incorporate into their own lives. Some even started the next day! She is so easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Heather is fantastic!
