I sought out Paul @Twin Hills Iron due to repeat recommendations from folks that know what they are talking about. I was not let down by the appropriate pricing, the work performed, and the overall experience. However, the interaction could've involved a little more communication before making choices on my bike, like types of shocks and tires. I had asked for some options to be put together, but instead received a phone call to let me know it was done. I still gave it 5 stars and would maybe do 6 if I could, but that is because the interaction still beat any that I have ever received from a dealership or local "speed shop".”
