He came out the same day I called and had the new softener installed in just a few days. As someone who's always been on city water before, having a well and a water softener are new to me. He patiently and thoroughly educated me on not just my softener but also how my whole system worked, from the well pump to the holding tank to the softener itself. I really appreciated that he took the time to give me the knowledge to do routine maintenance tasks myself instead of needing to call him to take care of them. My only complaint was when I opened my boxed chicken strip meal I was greeted by almost nugget sized “strips”. Despite the small portion I would still go back. The young staff was excellent. “Just stopped in to have the hood of our car looked at. We had a spot from bird droppings on the hood that left a ghost spot after removing droppings and scratches from cleaning the area. They sanded and buffed the area right then as we waited not needing to bring the car back! It looks fantastic and on a black car it looks even better.
